Episode 1

Meeting Malala Yousafzai

Meeting Malala Yousafzai wasn't just about seeing my role model on stage but also reimagining the impact I would like to create in the world. From the first unboxing of "Finding My Way" to watching Malala speak about her book and finally getting a copy signed, the experience has truly been rewarding and I am happy to share with you all.

Episode 2

Zampa—Building Bridges

Zampa—Building Bridges is a social innovation project planning to bridge the two different but connected worlds that shape who I am today: Namdol. We live in a world divided by inequities with climate change, mental health and social media as global challenges that everyone is facing. Zampa plans to show that bridges can be formed across the globe to share models on purposeful living. Through this series, I hope to show that true change comes from real social connection and by engaging the youth in meaningful social action.

Episode 3

A Day in the Life of a Tibetan Nomadic Girl

In today's episode, 19-year-old Pasang Methok takes us along with her to experience a day in the life of a Tibetan nomadic girl. From milking goats for her family to relishing the nature surrounding her home, Pasang Methok reveals how tradition, community and the highlands of the Himalayas shape her world.

Episode 4

Zepei Phayul – My Beautiful Homeland

In the highlands of Ladakh, I share a moment of joy dancing with my cousins to "Zepei Phayul" meaning beautiful homeland in Tibetan. Although we have grown up in two very different worlds—my life in the United States and their lives in the remote highlands of Ladakh—our culture serves as the bridge that offers interconnection in a meaningful way. This is the same vision behind my project Zampa. I hope that through Zampa, I can give these experiences to others and help create connections between youth in the western world and youth living in the highlands of the Himalayas.
